Ingredients (serves 1) 3.53 oz jar Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste 2 tbsp Lemongrass Chili Oil or Oil 1/2 cup Shallots, finely chopped 2 tbsp Lemongrass, chopped 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves 1-2 Thai Chili’s, sliced 3 tbsp Palm Sugar 2 tbsp Vegan Fish Sauce 1 tbsp Veg Bouillon 8 cups Water 1 small Lime, juiced
Add all ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil, turn down heat to low and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Add your favorite vegetables and vegan proteins and simmer until fully cooked. Serve immediately. #eatmoreplants
