As if buttered corn couldn't get any better, we've added Tom Yum! A tangy and spicy addition the creamy and sweet buttered corn is a side dish that is sure to impress!
Ingredients (for 4 ears of corn)
4 ears of corn, shucked
2 ½ tbsp of butter or margarine
4-6 tbsp of Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste
Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C.
Melt butter over the stove or in the microwave.
Add Mekhala Living Organic Tom Yum Paste and mix well under fully combined.
Add salt to taste.
Brush the Tom Yum butter mixture onto corn evenly.
Place corn on oven tray and into the oven for 30-40 minutes.
After 30-40 minutes, take out from the oven. Let cool for 5-7 minutes then plate.
Garnish with cilantro and green onion.
