Poke bowls are colourful bowls that contain diced raw fish that were invented in Hawaii. The word "Poke" means "to slice" in Hawaiian! They're packed with umami flavour and also can be served with a bunch of fresh veggies. Our version uses our Roasted Sesame Garlic Sauce to have a nutty flavour go hand-in-hand with awesome fresh fish! Change up the toppings or types of fish as you wish! Poke Bowls are great for getting creative!
Remember to check if the fish you buy for this dish is sashimi-safe and fresh!
