We can't stress enough how easy this recipe is. Few ingredients and short prep time. Made easy with Mekhala Organic Red Curry Paste!
Cauliflower's great for spices because of it's light taste and awesome texture. So we figured it would be the best vehicle for a simple marinade made from our Organic Red Curry Paste and a bit of oil.
Ingredients (serves 2)
1 head of cauliflower, sliced lengthwise into 3-4 inch "steaks"
2 tsp oil
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a small bowl, mix Mekhala Organic Red Curry Paste and oil until homogenous. Salt to taste.
Spread red curry mixture onto cauliflower.
Bake in the oven for about 6-8 minutes before turning cauliflower over and baking for another 6-8 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
