An Asian touch to an Italian favourite dish! Dairy free and vegan. Quick, tasty and healthy meal for the whole family.
Ingredients (serves 2)
1 tsp oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 cup cooked pasta
2 heaped tsp Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste
1/2 cup coconut milk
Pan fry onions and bell pepper. Add cooked pasta.
Add 2 heaped teaspoons Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste and 1/2 cup coconut milk.
Fry till heated through and serve!
