Our fiery Black Pepper Sauce makes this version of the beloved Chinese classic Black Pepper Beef a real firecracker! The green capsicum adds a little bit of sweetness to the dish, which goes great with some piping hot Mekhala Organic Brown Rice.
Serves 2-4 people
250g Beef tenderloin, or any cut suitable for stir-frying, sliced
1 Green capsicum, stem & seeds removed, sliced
1-2 Tbsp Mekhala Black Pepper Sauce
1. Add the beef and Mekhala Black Pepper Sauce to a wok or frypan over high heat. Stir fry until half-cooked.
2. Add the sliced capsicum and fry until beef and capsicum are cooked.
3. Serve with Mekhala Organic Brown Rice.
