Summer time BBQ idea for the pescatarians! Use any fish you like but we recommend a white fish like snapper or sea bass. Reduce the amount of oil for oilier fishes like salmon or mackerel.
3 large fish fillet (sea bass, snapper), gutted and scored
2-3 tbsp Mekhala Organic Lemongrass Turmeric Paste (or any of our pastes you fancy!)
1 tbsp oil
1. Marinade fish in a mixture of Mekhala Organic Lemongrass Turmeric Paste and oil for 30 minutes.
2. BBQ till crisp brown and cooked or roast in 190°C oven for 25-30 min.
