A favourite vegan Malay/Indonesian dish that is great as a main or side dish.
2 cups cabbage, cut into bite sized pieces
1 medium carrot, cut into 2 inch pieces
4 pieces tau kwa or firm tofu
1 cup string beans, cut into 2 inch pieces
400ml coconut milk
2 Tblsp Mekhala Organic Yellow Curry or Mekhala Organic Vegan Laksa Paste
1. Mix Mekhala Organic Yellow Curry or Mekhala Organic Vegan Laksa Paste in a pot over high heat with coconut milk till paste is fully incorporated.
2. Add other ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer over low-medium heat for 6-10 minutes until full cooked.
3. Season with salt if required.
