A quick dish for a healthy dinner!
1x220gm white fish fillet (sea bass, snapper, halibut)
Coriander and sliced red chilies to serve (optional)
1. Season fish with a small pinch of salt. Place fish in a plate inside a steamer and steam till cooked (about 10min).
2. Remove fish to plate, drizzle over with Mekhala Organic Coriander Ginger Dressing. Garnish with fresh coriander and chillies, serve immediately
