Roasted Sesame Garlic Tofu Salad



A fragrant, quick breakfast idea or a lovely, protein rich side dish!

Ingredients

4 x fried tofu puffs (store bought)

1.5 cups salad leaves

1 small beetroot, roasted and cut into quarters

1/2 cup grated carrot

1/2 cup Mekhala Organic Roasted Sesame Garlic Dressing

​Method

1. Toss salad leaves in dressing and top with fried tofu.
