The Breakfast Series: Sacha Inchi Gluten-Free "Muesli"


Ingredients (Serves 2) 1/2 bag Mekhala Roasted Sacha Inchi (Salted Coconut Caramel) Snack Handful Blueberries

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1/2 cupt Hazelnuts (or other nuts of choice)

1-2 tspn honey (optional)

2 cups natural yogurt

5 strawberries

Method 1. Blend yogurt and strawberries. 2. Crush Mekhala Roasted Sacha Inchi (Salted Coconut Caramel) Snack in a mortar and pestle (not too finely, you want some texture. 3. Spoon yogurt into a bowl, then layer remaining ingredients over the top. Eat immediately.
