A delicious, easy, spring/summer recipe idea to jazz up a boring burger! If you're a meat-eater, substitute our meat-free patty with one of your choice!
4 Beyond Meat patties (or any vegetarian patty)
4 burger buns, sliced in half
2 whole tomatoes, sliced
Lettuce leaves and sprigs of coriander
2 tblsp Mekhala Organic Lemongrass Turmeric Paste (or any of our pastes you fancy!)
For Tom Yum Mayo
3 tblspn Mayo of choice
1. Using your hands, spread Mekhala Organic Lemongrass Turmeric Paste (or any of our pastes of choice) over the patties. You could also incorporate the paste into a home-made patty recipe. Leave to marinade for 15 minutes
2. Meanwhile, mix mayo and Mekhala Organic Tom Yum Paste.
3. Heat oven to 200C/390F (or according to packet instructions), and cook patties for 20minutes.
4. Layer burger bun with lettuce, tomatoes, coriander, patty and a dollop of tangy mayo!
