2 Burger buns, sliced in half
2 Syndian Lentil Patties (or brand of your choice)
4 Lettuce leaves
1 Tomato, sliced
1/4 Ripe avocado, mashed with a sprinkle of Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Air fry, pan fry or oven bake lentil patties according to packet instructions.
2. Toast buns, buttering both sides if desired.
3. Layer buns with lettuce, patty and cheese and melt cheese under a grill.
4. Spread each burger with 1 heaped teaspoon of Mekhala Organic Roasted Sweet Chilli, then top with tomatoes, avocado and lid
