Thai Chilli Chicken Stir-Fry


(Serves 2-4)

500g chicken breast or thigh meat, cut into 1-2cm cubes

1 Tbsp cooking oil

1 Tbsp Mekhala Issan Thai Chilli Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp lime juice

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds


1. Add the oil to a wok or frypan on medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and saute for 1-2min, until lightly golden.

2. Whisk together the Mekhala Issan Thai Chilli Hot Sauce, honey and lime juice. Add the chilli sauce mixture to the chicken and stir fry until the sauce thickens.

3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over, and serve with steamed Mekhala Organic Rice.
