BLT Sandwich


(Serves 1)

3 Slices Wholegrain Bread*

4 Rashers streaky bacon

2 Slices cheddar cheese

2 Pieces lettuce leaves

1/2 Tomato, cut into 6 slices


Mekhala Organic Roasted Chilli Sambal Paste



1. Spread butter, mayonnaise and Mekhala Organic Roasted Sweet Chilli Sambal Paste on one side of each slice of bread.

2. Fry bacon and lay 2 slices on 1 buttered side. Layer with cheese, tomato and lettuce.

3. Top with a slice of bread and lay the rest of the bacon, cheese, tomato and lettuce on top.

4. Finish with third slice of bread. Enjoy!

*Use gluten-free bread if preferred.
