BLT Sandwich


(Serves 1)

3 Slices Wholegrain Bread*

4 Rashers streaky bacon

2 Slices cheddar cheese

2 Pieces lettuce leaves

1/2 Tomato, cut into 6 slices


Mekhala Organic Roasted Sweet Chilli



1. Spread butter, mayonnaise and Mekhala Organic Roasted Sweet Chilli on one side of each slice of bread.

2. Fry bacon and lay 2 slices on 1 buttered side. Layer with cheese, tomato and lettuce.

3. Top with a slice of bread and lay the rest of the bacon, cheese, tomato and lettuce on top.

4. Finish with third slice of bread. Enjoy!

*Use gluten-free bread if preferred.
