1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 Little Farms Produce Large Yellow Nectarine, pitted and quartered
80g Salad leaves of choice
80g Goat cheese of choice*
Handful Zac & Luca’s Pistachio Kernels
*Omit for a vegan version
Brush the nectarine wedges with olive oil. Grill the wedges on a barbecue or a hot grill pan over medium-high heat until they’re nicely charred with grill marks on both sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).^
Arrange the salad leaves on your serving plate(s). Top with the nectarine wedges, crumble the goat cheese over and sprinkle the pistachios over. Drizzle over the Mekhala All-Natural Plum Dressing, and serve!
