Easy and Healthy Yu Sheng with Plum Sauce


(Serves 4-6)

2 large carrots, julienned or shredded

3 Japanese or telegraph cucumber julienned or shredded

1/2 daikon, julienned or shredded

2 capsicum, julienned or finely sliced

Handful roasted peanuts, crushed

Handful crushed wafers or crackers of choice

2-3 tbsp Mekhala All-Natural Plum Sauce/Dressing/Dip

10-15 slices salmon sashimi (optional)


1. Arrange the vegetables in individual piles on a large plate. Top with salmon (if using), crushed crackers and peanuts. Drizzle with Mekhala All-Natural Plum Sauce/Dressing/Dip.

2. Gather your friends and family, and have everyone toss the salad together with chopsticks!
