Almond, Pistachio and Coconut Bliss Balls (Ladoo)


Makes: 14 1-inch balls

200g dried prunes or medjool dates, pitted

75g almonds, coarsely chopped

75g pistachios, coarsely chopped

20g desiccated coconut

1 tsp Mekhala Organic Ground Cinnamon

pinch of Mekhala Himalayan Pink Salt Fine Grain

Mekhala Organic Virgin Coconut Oil


1. Knead dates until they form a big ball of mush, then add the coarsely chopped nuts, Mekhala Himalayan Pink Salt and Mekhala Organic Ground Cinnamon until well mixed. (Alternatively, do all this in a food processor).

2. Oil palms with Mekhala Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls, then roll in coconut to coat.
