A 2-ingredient marinade for the most delicious sticky black pepper ribs!
2/3 Jar Mekhala Black Pepper Sauce
2 Tbsp Mekhala Plum Sauce
Pinch of Mekhala Himalayan Pink Salt
1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celsius.
3. Roast ribs in oven until tender (about 1-1.5 hours), basting the ribs every half an hour.
4. Serve with additional Mekhala Plum Sauce on the side.
