A low-carb alternative to traditional bread sticks!
1 Large head of cauliflower, broken into florets
2 Cups + 1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp Mekhala Organic Malaysian Aromatic Seasoning
Pinch Mekhala Himalayan Pink Salt
Mekhala Sweet and Tangy Pineapple Sauce
Preheat oven to 200C.
Pulse cauliflower in food processor until it resembles rice.
Place the cauliflower in a large microwavable bowl and microwave until tender (about 10 minutes.) Let cool.
When the cauliflower has cooled, add the eggs, 2 cups mozzarella and Mekhala Organic Malaysian Aromatic Seasoning. Mix everything together.
Place the mixture in a baking try and shape into a rectangle.
Bake the crust for about 25 minutes or until nice and golden. Once golden, sprinkle with remaining cheese and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Slice and serve with Mekhala Sweet and Tangy Pineapple Sauce.
