12 Prawns, peeled and cleaned
150g Asparagus, halved lengthwise and cut into 2-3cm pieces
150g Flowering garlic chives, cut into 2-3cm pieces
1 tsp rice bran oil
3 Tbsp Mekhala Miso Lime Dressing
1. Add the oil to a wok over high heat. When the oil is hot, add the prawns, asparagus and garlic chives.
2. When the prawns and vegetables are almost cooked, add the Mekhala Miso Lime Dressing and stir fry until cooked.
3. Serve hot with steamed rice.
