Add a little zing to the classic Fish & Chips with our Asian Citrus Seasoning .We've also used panko bread crumbs for extra crunch and upped the healthiness factor with wholemeal flour and by using an air-fryer!
500g Firm white fish fillets, cut into 10cm pieces
Freshly ground pepper
1 Cup wholemeal flour
2 tsp Mekhala Organic Asian Citrus Seasoning, mixed into flour
2 Eggs, beaten
1.5 Cups panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsp olive oil, mixed into bread crumbs
1. Season fish fillets with Mekhala Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper.
2. Dip each piece of fish into the Mekhala Organic Asian Citrus Seasoning-flour mixture, then the beaten eggs and lastly the panko bread crumbs.
3. Pan-fry, deep-fry or air-fry until crispy.
4. Serve with a lemon wedge, chips and salad on the side.
