Superfood Salad with Pumpkin Black Pepper Dressing

A nutritious, superfood-packed salad with our delicious Pumpkin Black Pepper Dressing to bring everything together. Star tip: give the kale a quick massage (about 2-5min) for softer greens!

Ingredients

(Serves 2-4)

Small bunch kale leaves

1/2 Carrot, peeled into strips

1 Pc firm tofu, cut into small cubes

Handful sunflower sprouts

1 tsp black sesame seeds

1 tsp white sesame seeds

1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

Small handful Thai sweet basil leaves

1/2 bottle Mekhala Pumpkin Black Pepper Dressing
