Christmas Canapes: Avocado & Cherry Tomato Dip With Coriander Ginger Dressing


Flesh of 2 Hass avocados, diced

100g cherry tomatoes, diced

3 tbsp Mekhala Coriander Ginger Dressing

1 red chilli, sliced (optional)

1 lime (optional)

Chopped spring onion and/or fresh coriander for garnish


1. Mix together avocado flesh, cherry tomatoes, Mekhala Coriander Ginger Dressing and sliced red chilli. Add a squeeze or two of lime juice if desired.

2. Garnish with spring onion and/or fresh coriander and serve with a bowl of chips or with crudites.
