Christmas Canapes: Asian Citrus Halloumi and Veggie Skewers


200g Halloumi cheese, cut into 2cm cubes

1 Zucchini, cut into 1/2cm semi-circles

200g cherry tomatoes,halved

2 tsp Mekhala Organic Asian Citrus Seasoning

A drizzle of olive oil


1. Mix all the ingredients, in a large bowl and set aside to marinate for at least 2 hours.

2. Thread ingredients onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers.

3. Grill skewers until the cheese is golden and veggies are cooked.

4. Serve immediately.
