Mushroom Tom Yum Soup

Never thought you could whip up Tom Yum Soup at home? Made from fresh herbs, our Tom Yum paste has all the "yum" without any yucky artificial flavours or colours! Use this easy recipe for a vegetarian version or make with fish and meat. Will make for a tangy, wholesome home cooked meal!


(Serves 2-4)

400gm Mixed Mushrooms, Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces

100gm Broccoli, Cut Into Florets

100gm Mekhala Tom Yum Paste

1l Stock or Water

Chilli and Kaffir Lime Leaves (Optional)


1. Bring water or stock to a boil in a large pot.

2. Add Mekhala Tom Yum Paste and stir until dissolved

3. Add mushrooms and broccoli. Lower heat and simmer for 3min or until vegetables are cooked.

4. Add chillies and lime leaves if desired to serve.
