A super simple and healthy gluten-free salad made with our new All-Natural Sesame Garlic Dressing! Fresh, savoury and nutty, it will keep you feelling full and very saintly!
(Serves 2-4 Persons)
200gm Brown Rice or Buckwheat Noodle
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
1 Small Japanese Cucumber, Sliced Thinly
1/2 Small Carrot, Sliced Thinly
¼ Head Cabbage, Grated
2 Spring Onions, Sliced Finely
½ Cup Cashew Nuts, Chopped Coarsely
1. Cook noodles according to packet instructions, drain and cool.
2. Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl and serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
