2 Pork chops, at room temperature
Himalayan Pink Salt
Freshly-ground black pepper
2 Tbsp oil
1. Season pork chops generously with Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper, then drizzle with oil
2. Put a fry pan or skillet on high heat and get the pan very hot. Place the pork chops in the pan, fat layer-down and cook until a lovely golden-brown crust has developed.
3. Next, sear each side of the pork chops until golden brown, then lower the heat to medium and cook both sides again until the pork chops are cooked through but still tender (about 8-10 minutes on each side).
