Red Curry Chicken Skewers With Dipping Sauce

An easy dish that is great for a stress-free menu! We used our Red Curry Paste as the base for our no-fuss, 1-step marinade for these delicious skewers, served with an array of dipping sauces.


(Makes 10-12 skewers)

750g Chicken or Pork, Cut Into 2-3cm Pieces

2-3 Tbsp Mekhala Red Curry Paste

200ml Coconut Cream

Recommended Dipping Sauces:

Mekhala Pineapple Sweet Sour Sauce

Mekhala Pad Thai Sauce

Mekhala Coriander Ginger Dressing


1. Mix Mekhala Red Curry Paste with coconut cream. Marinate meat in curry-coconut mixture for at least 2 hours.

2. Thread marinated meat onto bamboo sticks.

3. Grill skewers to preference and serve with choice(s) of Mekhala dipping sauce.
