Sweet Sour Prawns
Another super easy recipe using our Pineapple Sweet Sour Sauce, this time with veggies for a nutritious, well-rounded dish!
Ingredients
Serves 3-4
500g Raw prawns, peeled & de-veined
100g Snow peas
1 Small carrot, diced & blanched
150ml Tbsp Mekhala Pineapple Sweet Sour Sauce
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a small frypan. Stir to mix well and let simmer, covered, until cooked (about 5-10min).
2. Serve with Mekhala Organic Brown Rice.
