An incredibly easy dish that is ready in 15 minutes, this is our go-to recipe for lazy days.
2 fillets of any firm white fish (about 200g-300g)
5 tbsp Mekhala Pineapple Sweet Sour Sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, diced
¼ cup water
1. Add the Pineapple Sweet Sour Sauce, tomato ketchup, sliced onion, diced tomato and water to a frying pan (just large enough for the fillets to fit in) over medium heat and stir to mix the ingredients well.
2. Add the fish fillets to the sauce, then cover with a lid. Bring the sauce to a boil then simmer the fish until cooked (about 10-15 min).
3. Serve with Mekhala Organic Brown Rice.
