How do I make an online purchase?
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, France and Germany. Delivery is free for orders over USD50.
Where is my order?
To inquire about the status of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at email@example.com. Please have your order number ready. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Change delivery address
If you have placed an order via our Singapore store and would like to cancel it later, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will endeavour to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.
Incorrect delivery address and/or contact information
If a parcel goes missing due to an incomplete/incorrect/change of address and/or contact information, Mekhala will not be held accountable. We will not be able to refund or replace the order.
We take great pride in the quality and excellence of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your Mekhala purchase, please email us at email@example.com. For defective items, please attach a photo of item and packaging.
