How do I make an online purchase?

Got to "SHOP ONLINE" where you will be able to purchase from a select range. Shipping is USD25 for orders under USD50. Orders over USD50 enjoy FREE shipping. We ship to the US, UK, France, Germany, Canada and Australia. If you live anywhere else or would like a custom order, kindly email us at with your purchase request and we will send you a customized invoice which can be paid by paypal or credit card. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, France and Germany. Delivery is free for orders over USD50.

Where is my order?

To inquire about the status of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at Please have your order number ready. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address. Order processing: Orders are dispatched within two business days of receiving the order, Mondays through Fridays. Orders within Singapore are sent by COURIER and take 2 days - 1 week to arrive. If you do not receive your order after 2 weeks, kindly contact us at for our immediate attention. Orders to the Australia, Canada, France, Germany, UK, USA are sent by FASTSHIP and take 1-1.5 weeks to arrive. You will receive a tracking ID which you can use here: If you do not receive your order after 3 weeks, kindly contact us at for our immediate attention. Please take note that taxes may be charged for some countries. If you are uncertain, kindly check your local import regulations.

Change delivery address

If you have placed an order via our Singapore store and would like to cancel it later, please email us at as soon as possible. We will endeavour to stop the order from being processed or shipped, but there is no guarantee that this will be done in time. For Amazon orders, kindly submit request via Amazon.

Incorrect delivery address and/or contact information

If a parcel goes missing due to an incomplete/incorrect/change of address and/or contact information, Mekhala will not be held accountable. We will not be able to refund or replace the order.

Order Exchange/Return

We take great pride in the quality and excellence of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your Mekhala purchase, please email us at For defective items, please attach a photo of item and packaging. Mekhala reserves the right to limit or deny refunds and replacements.
