3. Product availability and pricing
Display of an item on this site is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock, or that it will be available when you visit our site at a later date. The prices quoted are in Singapore dollars and are subject to change. Please email us at info@mekhalaliving.com for shipping outside of Singapore.

4. Credit Card Payment.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Mekhala  Pte Ltd will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user 

5. Risk of Loss.
The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Non-commercial Use
The products and services available on our web site, as well as complimentary samples we may provide to you, are for personal use only. We do not offer merchandise for resale. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to cancel or reduce any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, result in violation of these terms and conditions.
